🌿 MATERIALS
• Sign base: 18mm hardwood plywood, with optional coloured woodstain + premium interior/exterior varnish (Satin or Gloss finish).
• Letters: 3mm acrylic Perspex (durable & high-quality – never painted MDF).
• Letter sizing: Capital letters approx. 10cm tall; joined letters range 7–10cm depending on the length of the name.

If the size you’d like isn’t listed, just contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss a custom order.

⚠️ Personalisation is created exactly as entered. We do not add words (e.g. “EST,” “The” ), apostrophes, plurals, hyphens or correct grammar. Please review your details carefully before placing your order.

✨ Please Note
All signs are handmade from natural hardwood plywood. Variations in grain, knots, or minor imperfections are normal and add character. Woodstain colours may absorb differently depending on the wood, so shades can vary slightly. Final colours may also look different in person due to screen settings.

✨Instructions for buyers
Once you’ve chosen your Font Style 1 or 2, Background and Font colours, please message your Titles, Surname, Wedding date, finish (satin/gloss), and choice of rings or calendar by the date. These details are typed as sent, so check carefully for mistakes.

🖊 Signing Pens
To make sure signatures stand out, pens are matched to your background:
Something Blue → Green, Black, Silver
Rose Romance → Blue, White, Purple
Lavender Bliss → Silver, White, Purple

If you’d like different pen colours, please add your request in the notes box when ordering. If there are any issues with the colours requested, we’ll be in touch.

📦 Delivery
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days (longer during busy peak periods). UK seller 🇬🇧.

✨ Local Collection: If you’re based in Tyne & Wear (by prior arrangement), collection can be arranged. Please message before ordering to confirm.

⚠️ Returns & Damage Policy
As all items are personalised and handmade to order, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
All damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
